Most of us will provide or receive care\u2013or both\u2013at some point in our lives.\u00a0 For some, providing care begins suddenly, after an accident or onset of a serious illness or disability. For others, what starts as occasional support can become essential care, woven into daily life alongside work, family, and other responsibilities.<\/p><p>Regardless of how one becomes a caregiver, the role is often grounded in love, commitment, and a deep sense of responsibility. But it also brings uncertainty, difficult decisions, and the challenge of navigating complex systems that are difficult to access or understand.
