Overview: The bill amends the Public Health Service Act to offer grants for training and support to families and caregivers of people living with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia.  

Eligible entities include public or nonprofit health care providers that: agree to a comprehensive approach to caring for patients with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia; and that integrate patient treatment with training and support services for family caregivers.  Program services must be provided in the appropriate languages.
